A website with Alexa rank of 16144675 can never be a rage.
You need to do another review of indian startups
I doubt if Rediff should be on the list, its 12 years old, hardly a startup. But then depends on your definition of a startup

I think You should list sites with alexa rank less than 2lac.
This is not a great to list sites with a rank of around 10000000
I think Eveningflavors.com should be added to this list
